Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities include :
-Plan and supervise production to achieve daily quantity and quality objectives.-Manage a team of operators, ensuring their training and development.-Ensure compliance with food safety standards and best practices.-Monitor and analyze production performance, and identify areas for improvement.-Manage raw materials and equipment inventories.-Report regularly on production performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.our profile
Minimum 3 years' experience in production supervision in a food-processing environment.Good knowledge of HACCP standards and food quality practices.Team management and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Good command of office tools (Excel, production management software).
