Learning and familiarizing yourself with all positions in our kitchen. Must have experience working in a high paced atmosphere. Have an ability to work with a staff that is tenured here. Be able to learn from and teach others. Must have worked in a supervisory role in a kitchen. The applicant must be able to relate and work with front of the house staff as well as every position in the kitchen. Our kitchen staff positions consist of broiler chefs, line cooks, salad and prep cooks, and dishwashers. The right candidate must work directly with the management staff as well as hourly staff. We are a steak house. We have a limited menu with specific recipes. This is not a restaurant for someone looking to create recipes or menus. We have been a family owned and operated restaurant for over 37 years.
