e&e is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure for an onsite opportunity in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania!

The Manager of Infrastructure Services will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assists with administration of many aspects of wired and wireless data network and infrastructure.

• Manages System Administrators and Technicians.

• Provides review and growth opportunities to IT Staff to help bolster internal team members knowledge and capabilities.

• Assists in the evaluation and purchase of products and services that improve information technology protection to the staff and students.

• Actively updates change management documentation and provides management reports; ensure that IT drawings and documentation are current.

• Assists in administration of disaster recovery and business continuity operations.

• Provide Tier II and Tier III support for staff related incidents.

• Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and general documentation with a focus on Infrastructure.

• Assists with administering core systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Firewalls, Backups, etc.

• Works closely with the Director of Software Development\Director of DevOps to make sure we have the resources needed to run applications.

• Creates monthly reporting and presents to management at the monthly meeting.

• Help align with industry standards for Compliance. (NIST\CIS,ISO)

Competencies

• Understanding of common network protocols and operating systems

• VMware, NSX, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Fortinet experience is a plus.

• Ability to effectively adopt and integrate new networking and infrastructure technologies.

• Strong project management skills and attention to details
