Job Overview St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an experienced RN to join our C3 Patient Logistics team as a full-time Registered Professional Nurse.Salary and Benefits The estimated salary for this position ranges from $33.10 to $45.75 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.We offer competitive benefits, including great shift differentials, opportunities for growth and development, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.Job Description As a member of our Patient Logistics team, you will receive calls throughout our organization and externally to facilitate patient admission. You will triage calls, utilize critical thinking skills to deescalate and maintain customer service and patient satisfaction, and work closely with the Case Management team to ensure timely and accurate processing of patients.Required Skills and Qualifications Current and valid NYS RN licenseBachelor of Science in nursing, or willingness to pursue a defined plan for matriculation in a program demonstrated by ongoing coursework each semesterAt least 3 years of experience in an acute setting, with critical care preferredIn addition to these requirements, we prefer candidates with experience in case management or utilization management, certification in case management or healthcare management, discharge planning and community resource knowledge, and excellent time management and organizational skills.Why Choose St. Peter's Health Partners?
