We are excited to announce that we are looking for a **Full-Time ProcedureScheduler** at Albany Gastroenterology Consultants of Albany New York The**Procedure Scheduler** Responsibilities are**:** * Scheduling office appointments * Booking hospital procedures * Setting up all related tests, labs and radiology studies * Responding to calls by patients and referring physicians * Cancel and reschedule appointments notifying appropriate people and places. * Complete tasks in a timely manner with appropriate documentation. * Utilize Excel spreadsheet in daily work.
