We are excited to announce that we are looking for a **Full-Time PatientReferral Specialist** at Albany Gastroenterology Consultants of Albany NewYork The**Patient Referral Specialist** Responsibilities are**:** * Respond to appointment request and make new appointments accordingly * Reschedulecancel appointments * Review patients electronic appointment requests * Knowledge of full scheduling process in order to assist the scheduling department as needed * Maintains professional and courteous demeanor at all times with patients, physicians and co-workers * Adhere to and support all policies and procedures of Albany Gastroenterology Consultants * Other job duties as assigned The **Patient Referral Specialist** must have the following qualifications andexperience: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Knowledge of office processes and procedures acquired through three to five years of office experience or equivalent. * Ability to learn and adapt. * Ability to maintain strong relationships with physicians and co-workers. * Position requires a flexible work schedule. * Strong organization and communication skills We offer a competitive base salary, generous benefits, including: Medical,Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Voluntary, Time-Off Benefits, EAP, 401K andCommuter Benefits.
