The ideal candidate will be experienced and/or passionate about sales and customer service. We are looking for someone who is comfortable generating sales lead to gain new clients and candidates while maintaining long-term relationships. As an Educational Sales Consultant (Account Executive) you will be trained ground-level on how to understand a prospective client's needs and offer staffing solutions. A successful Educational Sales Consultant (Account Executive) will have strong communication skills, coachability, eagerness to learn, and have a positive track record of hitting performance metrics in a previous role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with schools to understand staffing needs
- Prospect, source, interview, qualify, and place healthcare workers in school settings
- Run a full desk (full-cycle recruiting and sales)
- Focus on goal-setting, maintaining and growing revenue year over year
- Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and 1099 contract terms
- Advise on best practices for fluidity of staffing solutions offered
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (or graduating soon)
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Strong communication and customer service skills
