We are seeking an accomplished Sales Lead to spearhead our growth in these markets and drive the adoption of our innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting medium to large enterprises, focusing on industries with high volumes of structured data needs (e.g., social media, background screening, insurance, customer service, etc.).
  • Expand our footprint in the social media moderation and flagging space, building upon our existing client base.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities to sell ReadyAI's data structuring and semantic tagging solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs and our offerings.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to inform strategy and drive results.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales , preferably in technology / AI.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, structured data solutions, and the unique needs of enterprise clients.
  • Experience selling into social media, technology, or data-heavy industries is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Passion for AI, data privacy, and cutting-edge technology.
