Job Description

RestoreFast is a leading provider of commercial emergency restoration services + mold prevention scopes of work up and down the entire east coast. In traditionally pen & paper industries, we are making leaps and bounds with our tech-forward approach to everything.

2024 was a busy & productive year - we are now in a rapid growth stage and are looking for someone to join us as part of our business development team. You'll have a natural affinity in this position if you:

  • constantly find solutions to problems in your day-to-day life
  • enjoy startup, fast-paced environments & get antsy when sitting still (physically & mentally)
  • like to understand why you're doing something & how to best do it before you do it
  • are social, empathetic, and form connections with people easily

The ideal candidate is often motivated, good at self-discipline when the motivation isn't always there, efficient, and creative when it comes to the challenges of developing new business through sales & prospecting efforts. You will create relationships with new clients, ensure clients are always serviced to our greatest abilities & beyond, and close business deals as the main point of contact for the company. Above all, you are a team player, who believes in the strength & unity of teamwork over the individual. We are proud of our culture & the support system we've created within it as a result of our team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Spread awareness of our emergency flood restoration services with property managers, REIT's, developers, & GC's. This entails site walks, outreach and prospecting, route stops to physical locations, and more.
  • Host and lead lunch & learn sessions with prospective clients. This also may entail travel.
  • Find leads to bid on mold prevention scopes of work for new multifamily wood-frame construction. This also may entail site walks, attendance of external pre-bid meetings, and travel.
  • Attend builders conferences and events up and down the east coast (and beyond).
  • Track all activities & efforts in our CRM in an organized & consistent manner.
  • Attend quarterly OKR meetings with the entire team.
  • In all-hands-on-deck situations (i.e. hurricane season), be willing to support the project teams however necessary.

Compensation:

  • Employee stock option plan
  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Benefits:

  • 401(k) & 401(k) matching
  • Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance
  • 50% contribution to insurance premiums
  • Unlimited PTO
