Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Customer Webstore eCommerce Manager at brandor™ in Hanover, MD. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating the building and launch of client webstores as well as the ongoing maintenance, support, and customer service that accompanies them. The role includes both working with other brandor team members on a day-to-day basis as well as working directly with clients as required.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Project Management of Store Builds & Launches
- Assisting with store builds as required
- Building Demo Websites for prospective clients
- Ongoing program reporting to clients
- Assisting with eCommerce customer support as needed
- Limited Front-end Store Design Tweaks & Product Loading and Maintainance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar eCommerce role required
- 3+ Years of Experience in the Promotional Product Industry is ideal
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Project Management training or experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Brightsites, or WebJaguar
