Role Description
This is a hybrid role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Navigant Counseling, LLC. The role is based in Westerly, RI, with flexibility for some remote work. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining client records.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Rhode Island
- Experience in individual and group counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Experience working with diverse populations
