Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist at TAMAR Counseling Group in Jackson, MS. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy to clients, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed or certified Behavioral Therapist
• Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Understanding of mental health conditions and treatment methods
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards in therapy practice
