Position : Director of Patient Care Services Level 2 Location : Miami, FL

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Patient Care Services Level 2 to lead and manage patient and staff education at Jackson Health System (JHS). This role involves strategic planning, policy formulation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic plans for patient care services
• Formulate policies and procedures to optimize patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Foster a positive and professional environment for staff development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and JHS policies

Qualifications :

• 7-10 years of related experience, including management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred), with at least one degree in Nursing
• Valid Florida RN license and advanced nursing certifications preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
