We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our retained client, a global trade association, to work alongside marketing and communication team members, as well as outside partners (e.g., agencies, freelancers and creatives) to position and enhance the overall awareness, value proposition and equities of the organization via the marketing of its SaaS product offerings.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is primarily ONSITE in the Greater Washington, DC area; please do not apply if you are seeking a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Define clear objectives, understanding the unique positioning and value of each product, and using that knowledge to create and execute effective omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Manage both daily marketing tasks and long-term strategic planning, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Play a key role in generating a steady stream of prospects through expertise in driving engagement and software system user growth.
• Spearhead new product launches
• Continue defining segmentation, positioning, and value propositions for existing products.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for a number of proprietary software offerings
• Prepare and monitor the product marketing campaign budget and allocate funds wisely.
• Review the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives using analytics to gain insights to optimize strategies and assess against goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing
• Prior work with SaaS products
• Proven success in developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
