Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of leveraged finance, working capital, and structured credit transactions.
- Act as the primary process owner for leveraged finance workflows
- Drive the trade close process from Investment Committee approval to deal funding, closure, and exit, in partnership with deal, finance, and back-office teams.
- Review and reconcile transaction activity
- Investigate and address trade breaks promptly.
- Manage outsourced service providers and oversee loan maintenance activities
- Monitor and report on credit facility usage and routine funding activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to support business development, risk management, and reporting needs.
- Adhere to operational and investment standards.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of operational experience in private credit, credit administration, insurance, or related fields.
- Prior Middle Office experience is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of middle and back-office operations and processes.
- Keen interest in financial and credit markets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a forward-looking approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
