A client within the Charlotte area is looking for a Project Manager to manage projects ranging from $5m-$100m in the Renewable Energy industry (BESS).

The Role:

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage projects ranging from $10m-$100m.
• Interfacing with the customer and construction firms to carry out the work (management of projects, not design).
• Manage the scheduling and timelines of the project.
• Weekly meetings with the developer, contractors, and both engineering teams (electrical and mechanical).
• Work with the energy management company.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong co-ordinator/operator.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant project management experience
• Electrical engineering background; mechanical also considered.
• Ability to ensure cost overruns are made aware to management and be able to put mitigation plans in place.
• People management experience across diverse teams.
• Familiar with reading, understanding, and adhering to a technical contract.

Compensation Package:

• $90,000+
• 401k match (4%)
• 15 days PTO.
