We are searching for Communications Advisor, Sr on behalf our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. (W-2). This role will help developers tell the client’s story in communities across the country, with the goal of permitting and building their growing portfolio of wind, solar and energy storage projects.

The role will need to draw on the full range of communications services, the most important being writing and drafting messaging, and supporting the planning of events across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help grow their renewable energy business and bring a strategic mindset to meeting the challenges of each project.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports development of strategic communications plans, key messages, programs and campaigns to support business objectives.
• Creates visual and written content for internal and external channels.
• Supports internal business partners on communications strategy and provides executive and communications support.
• Serves as liaison for assigned business units and serves as project manager for campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
• Supports planning and cross-functional execution of events.
• Measures results and evaluates the effectiveness of communications and tactics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience.
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter.
• Must be a strong writer with a commitment to good client service.
