Role - Employment Litigation Attorney

?? Employment Litigation

?? Defending wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment

?? Counseling employers on day-to-day issues such as terminations, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations

?? Direct client interaction and significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements

??Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

??Admission to the State Bar

??3+ Years in practicing as a Labor & Employment associate
