This rapidly-growing investment firm is in search for a skilled real estate transactional attorney to become Real Estate Counsel to their expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support and guidance on a wide range of real estate transactions and matters for this firm on the rise, and would receive a full package of benefits along with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title and survey review, and identify and resolve potential legal issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including asset management, finance, and development, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal guidance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to real estate matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
