Kepler Research is seeking an experienced advanced-level Contract Support Analyst (Contract Specialist) to prepare pre and post award contract actions in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The MDA mission is to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight.

Place of Performance: Fort Belvoir, VA.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Clearance: DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Required Experience:

• 15+ years contracting experience supporting a Department of Defense buying activity
• Conducting sole source cost/price analyst, Price Negotiation Memorandum development, and negotiation of cost-type proposals
• Research and Development (R&D) contracting
• Executing post-award contract administration actions?
