Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Oversee project design, permitting, budgeting, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering project management.
• Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of land development processes, including grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
