Dynamic Boston-area alternative energy developer is seeking a 10+ year, business-oriented attorney for its collaborative legal team. This attorney will work directly with the GC to advise business partners on construction and procurement matters, practical solutions for engineering projects, as well as negotiate key operational agreements. This lawyer will also develop and implement legal strategies for cross-functional projects. This is a superb opportunity to join a highly-collegial legal team of a growing organization.
