A client of Insight Global is looking for an Instructional Designer who will assist in the instructional design and delivery of a blended training program on subjects related to the organization's software and systems, primarily related to Peoplesoft 9.2. Reporting to the Training Manager will determine training needs and assist in building solutions to close skill gaps of users learning new processes, procedures, technology improvements, and related subjects.

Responsibilities will include: design and implement digital training materials (e.g. animations, interactive elements, simulations, video, etc.), design and deliver tailored training for each audience group through facilitated instructor-led sessions, web-based courses or other delivery methods, and research, review and validate content with appropriate subject matter experts and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and managing iterations, as required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-user training.
• Experience in instructional design and development working from storyboards and using screen recording, captions and course authoring software such as Camtasia, Articulate, or similar software.
• Experience in instructional design and development using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) .
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
