Is responsible for planning and coordination of repair orders in our network of Repair Workshops.


In this role, you will maintain project plans by reviewing design and specifications for machines, creating solutions to customer specific requirements, and recommending actions to facilitate both Customer Parts and Repair requests.


Roles And Responsibilities

What you`ll do

  • Coordinate Projects with Precision: Maintain project plans by reviewing machine designs, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
  • Drive Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to address repair and parts requests. Recommend actions that balance customer needs with technical feasibility.
  • Be a Technical Expert: Leverage your understanding of machine design, technical drawings, and specifications to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
