weekly rotating shift Morning 6:30am to 2pm, afternoon 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Diagnoses, repairs, and overhauls the electrical components of critical production equipment.
- Installing and configuring new or replacement electrical motors, sensors, and controls
- Quickly responding to and resolving electrical failures or breakdowns on the production floor
- Services and troubleshoots programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation and control devices
- Troubleshoot variable frequency, DC motor drive systems, servos, and steppers.
- Use common electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot to determine root cause of equipment failure and perform corrective maintenance accordingly.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
