Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Alpha Law Firm, PC in Beverly Hills, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal research, writing legal documents, maintaining client relationships, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

-Law School graduate with a Valid Bar

- Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.

- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, particularly in Lemon Law, Consumer Law, Personal injury, and Workers Compensation Law.

- Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw and other relevant databases.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.

- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice based on thorough research.

- Experience in drafting various legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.

- Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
