SUMMARY

We are currently partnered with a Fortune 500 Company looking for a Real Estate Counsel. Our client is a major retailer selling a wide range of products including household & personal goods, major appliances, and furniture. As their business continues to rapidly expand, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced real estate counsel to help negotiate and close on new retail locations, distribution centers, and other company affiliated properties.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Draft and negotiate several commercial real estate documents including: lease agreements/amendments, Purchase/Sale agreements, construction agreements, REAs, subleases, SNDAs, and more
• Provide counsel to clients regarding construction issues, lease provisions, landlord/tenant issues, and other real estate matters
• Work with outside counsel on any potential real estate litigation needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• JD from an accredited Law School
• Experience with construction law is a plus

This is a Hybrid, 3-day in-office, 2-day remote opportunity in the greater Boston area
