About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow FinOps SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, experience with Nicus, and a solid understanding of financial operations within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on FinOps.
• Integrate Nicus with ServiceNow to enhance financial operations capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand and implement financial processes within ServiceNow.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems with ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow FinOps applications.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and FinOps technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with Nicus.
• Strong background in financial operations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and practices.
• Familiarity with AT&T systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• ServiceNow certification(s).
