What You Will Be Doing:

As a Billing Associate for the Technology Billing Department you will be building relationships with TransPerfect/Translations’ Sales and Account Management teams. You will become the single point of contact for all queries regarding monthly, quarterly and annual invoicing for your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship between your assigned client accounts, TransPerfect/Translations’ Sales team, and Account Managers ensuring all Technology invoicing is correct and up-to-date
• Monitor and track new Technology sales and billing
• Compile monthly reports summarizing Technology revenue
• Review company contract documents as they pertain to Technology sales and billing
• Maintain internal Support Center accounts
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Entry level, 0-2 years experience working in a professional setting
• Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiar with functions and pivot tables in Excel a plus
