Key Responsibilities :

• Lead engineering efforts for production and new product development.
• Collaborate across departments to improve design, manufacturability, and product reliability.
• Oversee technical input for structural and subsystem analysis of metallic and composite parts.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and other regulations (ISO, ITAR, DFAR).
• Coordinate schedules, vendor relations, and reporting on manufacturing projects.
• Promote continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
• Provide leadership in solving complex technical issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience : 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in GD&T, CATIA, MRP/ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Knowledge : Aircraft systems, AS9100, ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Soft Skills : Leadership, critical thinking, project management, and communication.
• Preferred : Familiarity with CATIA, ISO, ITAR, and DFAR.
