Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Technician to join a leading company in the Semiconductor industry. The facilities technician will be primarily responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields ranging from carpentry, electrical, heating, plumping, ventilation, HVAC, etc. Additional tasks include general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. The Facilities Technician will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with the Facilities Engineer and R&D Teams. This role is located in Chandler, AZ. The shift is an onsite Friday-Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am shift. This role pays $25/hr.+ depending on experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA 608 Technician Certification preferred
• A minimum of 3 – 4 years of related experience required
• Working, functional knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, infrastructural repairs and maintenance
• Basic Project Management experience and skills: project creation or updating, task management, project budgeting, resource management
