Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, providing expert advice and support on insurance products and services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through proactive communication, policy reviews, and risk assessments.
- Handle client inquiries, policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing responsive service and solving any issues or concerns efficiently.
- Policy Management:
- Process new insurance policies, renewals, and modifications for personal lines accounts, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, renters, and other personal insurance products.
- Review client coverage needs and offer appropriate solutions based on risk assessment and carrier options.
- Provide clients with quotes, coverage comparisons, and policy changes.
- Claims Support:
- Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring smooth communication between the client and the carrier.
- Follow up with clients on claim progress and ensure their needs are met throughout the claims process.
- Carrier Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for clients.
- Stay up to date on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all client files and communications are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, etc.) to document interactions, track policy details, and manage renewals.
Qualifications:
- Education & Licensing:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- P&C License required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance or a related customer service role.
- Proficiency with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, EZLynx or Applied is preferred.

- Starting salary $80,000-$115,000 based on experience
