Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Case Manager at Levian Law in Los Angeles, CA. The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the details of clients' cases, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved, and providing support to the legal team in preparing for hearings and trials.

Qualifications

• Case Management and Client Communication skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of personal injury is preferred
• Experience with managing office operations and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of legal office procedures is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in case documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in a legal setting is a plus
