Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 annually
Compensation Note : Individual pay may vary and is determined by work location, shift, and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, quality, and production within the facility. This includes managing production goals, overseeing a team of hourly employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. The Production Manager ensures compliance with ADS standards, enhances operational efficiencies, and plays a key role in maintaining a safe and productive environment. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including the potential for weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Supervise and lead a team of production employees, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor production processes to meet or exceed facility goals and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to meet production needs.
- Oversee daily production scheduling, allocation of resources, and execution of production goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to optimize production operations.
- Ensure proper product sampling, quality checks, and documentation are completed as required.
- Assist in the execution of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, including AASHTO and ADS quality specifications.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that employees adhere to best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure proper allocation and use of resources (materials, equipment, and personnel) to meet production objectives.
- Support the completion of daily production reporting and documentation.
- Actively contribute to the success of the team through effective communication and leadership.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience as an ADS line operator or in a related manufacturing role.
- Prior supervisory experience or leadership training is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to work in temperature extremes and perform manual labor.
- Full range of motion required, including bending, twisting, squatting, and using hands and arms to move materials.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment safely.
