Brightsmith are currently supporting our Fuel Cell client to bring on an experienced and dynamic individual to join the commercial team, acting as a bridge between the commercial and technical teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge energy solutions, engaging with both customers and internal teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between customers and engineering teams.
• Lead the development of commercial offers and technical information.
• Take charge of project management activities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Create new processes and documentation to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive market growth.
• Lead market analysis and customer delivery planning efforts.
• Develop and review cost estimates, customer offers, terms, conditions, and contracts.
• Engage with customers to develop tailored deliverable packages and strategic product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification or experience in project management is a plus.
• Experience in customer delivery planning, project management, and market analysis.
• Familiarity with fuel cells and their interaction in hybrid power systems, including solar and energy storage.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills- happy to be client facing and take initial customer calls.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
