Customer Service Advocate Overview : You will play a key role in maintaining Space City Toyota's reputation for excellent service by addressing customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and willing to learn quickly.

- Greet customers, guide them through their service experience, follow up on their needs, and communicate with our skilled technicians.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and text in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and sales teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
- A willingness to learn.
