Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ontario, OH. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have experience in a call center environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $15/hr
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with customers via live chat or email
- Follow up with customers on order issues
- Manage and track orders through an order management system
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet
- High School Diploma or GED
