Become a Boar's Head Guest Services Agent! As a Guest Services Agent, you will greet, register, check-out and ultimately serve guests' through-out their stay, according to Forbes Travel Guide Standards.
Job Duties:
- Courteously greet and check-in/out guests using the Forbes Travel Guide Standards, while following proper procedures and attempting to honor all reasonable requests
- Reconfirm all necessary information pertinent to the reservation, types of accommodations, length of stay and number in party
- Maintain familiarity with The Boar's Head accommodations, locations, policies and procedures
- Maximize sales revenue through the sale of gift certificates and upgrades
- Hold full accountability for Front Desk cash circulation
- Practice proficiency with Hotel Management system
- Maintain awareness of all in-house VIP's and groups
- Give a favorable first and last impression to guests, creating an atmosphere for a repeat visit
- Post all charges before the end of the shift
- Keep front office area clean
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years previous experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand for duration of scheduled shift
