Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ontario, OH. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have experience in a call center environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $15/hr
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate with customers via live chat or email
• Follow up with customers on order issues
• Manage and track orders through an order management system

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent call center experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable high-speed internet
• High School Diploma or GED
