ABOUT THE JOB

• Report out KPI's to company management
• Monitor and manage Fulfillment to the Shareholders and Customers
• Monitor and manage PQI to the Shareholders and Customers
• Ensure required daily communications are taking place to Transportation, Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing
• Coordinate program execution with Shareholders, Planning Group, Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing
• Ensure Shareholder orders are processed as needed to support Production Scheduling and Distribution

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a two or four year degree in a Supply Chain related field. Have a clear understanding of customer service principles. Two years of experience in using an ERP system.
