We are searching for Temporary Customer Service Representatives to fill an urgent need.
These representatives will be part of a team to support emergency response for residents impacted by a natural disaster. Must be able to start immediately, within 48 to 72 hour notice. These positions are fulfilling as you support those US residents when they are at their time of need.
$22.13/hr. (Base wage of $17.20/hour + $4.93 fringe payment) *fringe is paid on the first 40 hours of work. Overtime hours will be based on the $17.20 pay scale.
This position will be located in one of the Pueblo, CO office.
Position Details and Responsibilities:

• 30 days to 4 months contract
• Flexible schedule availability between the hours of 7am-12am eastern; some overnight shifts may be available
• Assist callers with available services that can support their situation
• Provide solutions for their need via multiple channels including voice, email, or chat
• Respond with empathy, patience, and understanding

Experience and Requirements

• At least 6 months customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills
• US citizenship required; this is a government assignment
