Job Description: Guest Services Representative Join the HeadPinz Naples team as a
Guest Services Representative and help us deliver the ultimate
WOW experience to every guest who visits our center! You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, informed, and ready to enjoy their time with us.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly as they enter the bowling center and assist them with lane assignments.
- Maintain clean and organized bowler areas, lane approaches, and ball returns before seating new guests.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and public address (P.A.) system.
- Process payments accurately, including handling cash, making correct change, and using credit card machines.
- Respond to customer telephone inquiries, take messages, and page guests as needed.
- Promote our offerings, such as bowling specials, food, beverages, leagues, and upcoming events, through lane-to-lane interaction and sharing promotional materials.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support center operations.
Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
