Job Description
Drive a shuttle vehicle on fixed routes, on-demand, and paratransit service.
Performs daily vehicle inspections in accordance with requirements.
Drives charter routes as required.
Serves as an informational source to passengers.
Documents any maintenance issues.
Assists with event parking when required.
Performs other duties as may be required.
One year of experience driving any type of vehicle.
Valid Non-commercial Class C with the appropriate class and endorsement codes.
Driving record with no more than five (5) points.
CDL and non-CDL drivers will be subjected to drug and alcohol education and testing as required by the Federal Highway Administration, State of Maryland, and Towson University.
Preferred
Experience driving fixed routes and driving a small bus/mobility bus preferred.
