Role Description
This is a full-time role at SNO Services. The Account Executive of the Support Team will be responsible for managing our part-time seasonal support teams and the management of our technology across various platforms. The Account Executive of the Support Team will support our client facing Account Executives by planning, training, and executing the standard site quality survey process for snow and ice, landscape, and enhancement opportunities. This individual will be expected to stay current and advance the ability of SNO Services to leverage site-level data captured via cameras and associated sensing devices.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in both full-time and part-time personnel management
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong desire to understand and use technology
- A background in critical thinking and sophisticated problem-solving techniques within pre-existing frameworks
- Project management, site work, snow and ice management, and knowledge of commercial exterior services are preferred.
- A business administration bachelor's degree or a similar degree is preferred.
