Specific responsibilities will include:Design, architect and innovate in the latest areas of IT Operations Management such as Observability, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Technologies and the ServiceNow Common Data Services Model (CSDM) amongst others.Craft guiding principles and standards for our organization, and help to implement them in real time for our Operations teamsWork with diverse teams from varied levels across the organization and time zones that will give you the opportunity for exposure across our organizationHelp foster and champion data driven and machine learning capabilities to help us operate our Services using modern architecture principlesHelp integrate several leading edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine using Service to help automate remediation and self-healing techniquesThe teamDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in "what is" but rather "what can be" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.QualificationsDo you possess the following?:At least 5-7 years of experience designing and developing IT Operations Management enterprise grade solutions (with a minimum of 2 years within ServiceNow platform)Demonstrated experience with data governance and automation and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to varied levels of stakeholdersProven ability to work in, understand and manage designs in a customer focused fast paced Process and Delivery teamProven ability to influence at all levels, with a strong focus on business outcomes and managing ambiguityFlexible work style, hours and telecommuting presence is required as this role interacts with our people globally on a regular basisThorough understanding of Event management process and its best practicesAbility to design solutions to create increased visibility to anomalies, and reduce excessive noise via effect correlationPrior experience recommending ITOM principles that integrate holistically with ITSM and/or ITIL processes for effective operationsPrior experience in professional services environment or similarServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL and/or Agile certification (preferred)Experience with providing delightful customer experiences helping people understand and interpret the data needed to operate world class services
