Certification Details ACLS BLS NIH KY License Job Details Must have experience in Cardiac ICU and prefers experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra Aortic Balloon Pump Facility Name: UofL Jewish Floor: 4th Floor - Towers Location Address: 200 Abraham Flexner Way Louisville, KY 40202 Role: RN Specialty: 4 Towers ICU – ICU, MICU & CCU Number of Openings: 2 Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: every other weekend Call Requirements: None Years of Experience: 2 Float Requirements: All ICU or PCU units Number of Beds: 24 Patient Ratios: 2:1; rarely 3:1 for a short period of time Equipment: SWAN, IMPELLA, IABP, ARTIC SUN (Target Temperature Management), ZOLL IVTM (Target Temperature Management), EKOS, CADD, IV PLUM Pumps, Peritoneal dialysis, Prismax EMR: Cerner Job Requirements Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, KY License Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience & Cardiac ICU, experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump Preferred Skillset/Experience: Additional Cardiac pumps – swan, balloon & CRRT Schedule Information Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: every other weekend Unit Specific Information Type of Patients on Unit: Medical & Cardiac ICU patients Personality Fit: Humble, energetic, compassionate, adaptable, team player, willing to be a resource to other nurses if needed Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue tops/bottom/jackets.
