Network and Systems Specialist (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 1 Duration: 4 months contract, FT perm option

Location: Barrie, ON, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Fully onsite role, must work onsite 5d/w in Barrie ON

Must be available to start immediately, or with a max of 1 week notice

Roles and responsibilities:

Providing network and security support for all servers and network devices, desktops / laptops etc. Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks. Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.

The resource is to work on the client IT infrastructure systems, preventing and resolving security breaches, incidents etc. Working with a big amount of VM's, physical servers, switches, as well as physical and virtual computers - laptops, desktops etc.

This person will help to upkeep their current situation and also migrate them back to their own system once the breach is resolved.

Once the system is restored and back and running, a hybrid schedule is possible.
