Coral Club Company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will manage, develop and support the sales process in North America.
Since its founding in 1998 in Toronto, Coral Club has become a leading manufacturer and supplier of Healthy Lifestyle products.
The company uses innovative methods and cutting-edge health research to develop high-quality products with maximum nutritional content that contribute to a healthy balance in the body.
As a RSM, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the sales process and support an existing sales team (product distributors)
• Creating and building partnerships with regional distributors
• Building and maintaining conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentations, communication procedures and marketing promotions
• Motivating and supporting distributors with latest news and information
• Analysing KPIs for the region
• Motivating distributors to achieve their goals
• Understanding the regional market and its development
• Working with analytics department based on statistical data
We`re looking for someone with:
• More than 2 years of experience in sales (experience with health and beauty products is an advantage )
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, service-oriented person
• Knowledge and understanding of Network Marketing industry (is an advantage)
• High level of spoken and written English and Russian/Ukrainian
