Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hexagon & GTech Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hexagon's G/Technology and HxGN NetWorks solutions, enabling them to manage and maintain reliable, location-based information systems. This role involves designing, documenting, and enhancing network facilities, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various business systems throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Maintain and manage Hexagon's G/Technology and HxGN NetWorks systems to ensure accurate and reliable location-based information.
Network Design: Utilize intelligent, rules-driven tools to streamline and enhance the processes for designing and documenting network facilities.
Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and currency by applying best practices in data management.
Project Coordination: Assess, manage, and track the status of projects, equipment, and connections, coordinating with other business systems.
Custom Development: Develop and implement custom commands and solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring effective use of the systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geo informatics, computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-9 years of experience working with Hexagon's G/Technology and HxGN NetWorks solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in GIS, network design, data management, and custom command development.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Engineering domain and plant design including methodologies and practices in industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Bio Process industry and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
Knowledge of additional Hexagon solutions and tools.
Certification in relevant Hexagon technologies.
