Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent. This is a key position responsible for providing customer support for our E-Commerce division. You will be responsible for ensuring to uphold company-wide best practices when responding to client inquiries while developing and maintaining excellent relations with all employees, clients and other stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via the online chat, e-mail or over the phone
- Follow up on customer order or delivery issues and escalate to the proper channel when necessary
- Work with the leadership team to help identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase productivity
- Ensure effective communication between on-site team and facility
- Complete data entry when required
- Any other relevant tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a customer service or other related role
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Perfectly bilingual, orally and writing
